We are proud of our committed and diverse staff driven by our common goal to create lasting wellbeing for children and families.

Lenji Jacob

President

Dear KoB Family Members,

One Team. One Dream. One Goal. One Family.

At KoB, we are one team, one dream, one goal, and one family.

KoB is more than an organization—it is a shared heartbeat of culture, service, and belonging. Rooted in our Malayalee heritage and strengthened by diverse voices, we bring people together, uplift one another, and create a space where every member feels seen, heard, and valued. For generations, KoB has been a home away from home—where relationships are built, traditions are celebrated, and community always comes first.

As we step into 2026, KoB stands at a defining moment in its journey. My goal as President is clear: to invest in our future by empowering our youth, strengthening unity, and building a resilient organization that serves with purpose and impact. Through leadership activities, mentorship, internship opportunities, and skill-building programs, we are committed to developing confident, capable young leaders who will shape the future of our community.

At the heart of this vision is unity. KoB will continue to be a welcoming home across generations, professions, and backgrounds—bridging seniors and youth, newcomers and long-time members—ensuring that every voice matters and every contribution counts. I warmly welcome you to the KoB family and invite you to become a member, take part in our journey, and grow with us as one family.

A cornerstone of KoB 2026 is our flagship youth empowerment initiative, The Race to 75 Hours. More than a goal, it is a movement—calling on every member, especially our youth, to engage in service, leadership, internships, and community involvement. Every volunteer hour, every idea, and every helping hand strengthens our foundation and reinforces a culture of accountability, action, and pride in service.

Equally central to our vision is community well-being. KoB will continue to expand its focus on health awareness, mental wellness, education, and family support through meaningful programs led by professionals within our own community—reflecting care, credibility, and compassion.

Cultural preservation remains our foundation. From festivals and arts to language and traditions, we will celebrate Kerala’s rich heritage with authenticity while embracing modern platforms to engage the next generation. Our culture will not remain static—it will live, grow, and inspire.

As President, I am also committed to strengthening our Maryland community by partnering with local organizations, schools, and institutions—extending KoB’s impact beyond our membership and into the broader society we proudly call home. Guided by transparency, collaboration, and strong governance, we will move forward together with trust and purpose.

This is our journey.
This is our family.
This is KoB.

Sincerely

Lenji Jacob (KoB President)
